When a plan can be refunded, how to ask, and how long the money takes to come back.

After a refund: remove the eSIM from your phone

A refunded plan no longer carries data, but the eSIM profile can still be sitting in your phone's settings. Removing it avoids confusion later, especially the case where your phone tries to use a line that has nothing on it. iPhone and iPad 1. Open Settings, then Cellular or Mobile Data. 2. Choose the SimFuse line. 3. Choose Delete eSIM and confirm. Android 1. Open Settings, then Network and internet, then SIMs. 2. Choose the SimFuse line. 3. Choose Erase or Delete and confirm. Wording varies by manufacturer and version, so the exact labels on your phone may differ slightly. Before you delete Deleting an eSIM is normally permanent, and a deleted profile cannot be reinstalled from the same code. Since this one has been refunded there is nothing to lose, but be careful you are deleting the right line if you have several. See "Deleting an eSIM, and when not to". Check your data line afterwards If the deleted line was set as your mobile data line, set your normal line back so your phone uses the right one. See "My eSIM is not working: start here".
