If the number has not changed
Network usage reports can arrive late. The value shown may not include your latest session or download. An unavailable reading is not the same as zero usage or unlimited data.
Your phone's counter is useful for spotting heavy apps, but its time period and counting method may differ. See "Why our usage figure differs from your phone's".
Before topping up
Check both remaining data and expiry. More data does not automatically mean more time. Open the top-up options for this eSIM and review the exact offer before buying. Some eSIMs have no eligible top-up.
If usage looks wrong or cannot be refreshed, contact support with the eSIM, the time of the reading and what you expected. See "Top up a plan that has run out".
