Cancellation and refund eligibility are checked for the specific eSIM. Do not delete the profile or assume a refund is complete just because you submitted a request.
Automatic eligibility
The automatic check requires that the eSIM has never activated, has used no data and has a payment amount eligible to be returned. Installing the profile alone is not the same as using data, but the current network and payment records decide the result.
Some eSIMs need manual review, cannot be cancelled automatically, or cannot have their usage checked at that moment. A service problem after activation can still be raised with support for review.
Before confirming
Open the eSIM's cancellation option in the app, where available, or ask in the existing support conversation. Review the specific eSIM, proposed amount, consequences and any hold or review period before confirming.
A pending request, an approved request awaiting final checks and a completed refund are different states. Use the status shown for your request.
Where the money goes
Returns follow the payment's funding method. Card payments, wallet payments and purchases funded by both can have different return paths. A released card hold may disappear instead of appearing as a separate refund. Support can check the route and status for your order.
