Remove the eSIM only after confirming that the relevant service has been cancelled and that no active plan or usable top-up remains on that profile. A refund of one charge is not proof that the entire eSIM should be deleted.
Before deleting
Match the ICCID in SimFuse to the line on your phone. If you are waiting for support, replacement or refund confirmation, keep the profile and turn the line off if needed.
Deleting a profile does not request a refund or cancel a subscription. Reinstallation may need a new activation code. See "Deleting an eSIM, and when not to".
Remove the confirmed unused profile
- iPhone: Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > the correct line > Delete eSIM.
- Pixel and similar Android phones: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > the correct line > Erase or Delete.
- Samsung: check Settings > Connections > SIM manager for the eSIM removal option.
Labels vary by device. Afterwards, select a working mobile-data line and check its roaming costs before using it abroad.
