A supported top-up adds service to an existing eSIM. Start from that eSIM's own top-up options, rather than buying a separate plan and assuming it will be added to the same profile.
Before buying
- Open My eSIMs and select the correct eSIM.
- Open its top-up options, if available.
- Check coverage, data, validity, price and whether the offer replaces the current plan.
- Review the payment total and confirm.
Do not assume a top-up extends your expiry. Check the validity shown for the exact offer. Existing data, expiry and rollover behaviour can differ by plan. If the terms are unclear, ask support before paying.
Already out of data?
Use Wi-Fi or another connection. If you use your home SIM abroad, check its roaming charges first.
Payment completed but data missing
Refresh the top-up order and eSIM. Application may take time. Do not buy the same top-up again while it is processing. Contact support with the top-up order reference if the status remains unclear.
