Open Orders in the app or website and select the purchase. Use the receipt download option when it is available.
A receipt is available for eligible paid, delivered orders. An unpaid or free order, or a payment that is still only a hold, may not have a receipt yet.
Business invoices
If the order was purchased for a company, check its invoice section. Where Need a VAT invoice? or a business-details option is offered, enter the requested company and tax information and review the result.
Reissuing an invoice depends on the order and verification of the details. It is not simply editing the original PDF. If the option is unavailable or rejected, contact support with the order reference and the error shown.
Missing purchase
Check the account used to buy. In the app, Add a purchase from the website can help link an eligible website purchase after verifying its receipt email.
Never edit invoice amounts or tax details yourself to make an expense claim.
